Getting back into an active lifestyle with plans to become a personal trainer. Have to take it easy for a few weeks because developing my abdominal muscles Agrivated an existing umbilical hernia. So just cardio for a few weeks.
Looking for active friends and motivation. Doing around 10k steps a day and 30 min cardio 5 days a week. Before hurnia(and hopefully after) I was doing that plus a second 30 min excersize a day
