How's my diet?

I'm just starting up again after a LOOONG hiatus. My goal is find a comfortable diet for maintenance that I can do FOR LIFE. I think I found a way to eat that's comfortable, tasty and healthy, but MFP is saying that it's too high in fat. Can that be true? I'm just drizzling a little on some of my foods.
Right now, I think my diet is about as spare as it can be without forcing me straight off due to sheer boredom.
Also, I have been adding salt to some of my foods and I haven't figured out how to calculate a dash, so my sodium readings are not accurate.
Again, I'm feeling like this is the bare minimum for me, so any suggestions/advice would be appreciated!

In my opinion, there is no such thing as too high fat  I've custom set my macros to 40% fat, 30% carbs and 30% protein, but I usually go over on the fat. Some days I hit around 70%, it's all good

Wow! I didn't know you could do that! I think I generally end up with more or less the same break-down.
My diary is open, or at least should be!
    Thanks for the feedback!
what do you do about sodium?
