egg scramble beat cereal for fullness until lunch

I had been eating cereal with whole milk and a banana (400 calories) every day for breakfast but couldn't make it to lunch without a snack. At the suggestions from this board I've switched over to 2 egg scrambles with veggies, ham and cheese (400 calories). It's day 4 and I can already tell it's helping. YAY egg scrables.

I bought cubed ham so it's easy to use. I pre-cut enough onion, garlic, and red pepper for several days and put them in a tupperware. I have tomatoes in another tupperware. It takes 5 minutes to make in the morning!
