Bought the dress! Now.....

Just a little over 7 months to the big day! Bought my dress yesterday - Ended up falling in love with a dress that is discontinued and for the most part - fit in PERFECTLY. I don't have huge goals - I've lost 15lbs in the past 2.5 months. But now, I can't do any weight type exercise that will increase my back. In fact, I need to stop any exercise that targets the back muscles so it'll shrink a hair.
I take a lot of Les Mills Pump and Attack classes. My first guess is any overhead movement with a weight is out - like push press and standard press. But also rows, right? Anything else?
Thanks in advance!

Les Mills Pump shouldn't make your back bigger if anything it would help you lose any back fat if you have any. It is meant to slim you down and tone you up.0
