Hi all,

Another overweight guy here, trying to get into the "normal" category on the BMI chart :-) I've only a stone or so to go (7ish kg) but it's hard. I mean, if it were easy, I'd already be at my target weight!

I'm drastically changing my diet, and upping my exercise too. It's get thin or bust!
As I learn about diet, exercise and weight loss, I'll be putting it in my blog. Please have a read if you think it's worth the trouble.
