I've only lost 3lbs. I train and eat healthy all week. Then when I see results it's worth it. If I don't, I will jog on and look positive. Are you thinking of giving up? No don't! Imagine how good you'll feel to know that you've lost 2lbs extra when you weigh yourself... When you fit into smaller Clothes

Don't. Give. Up :)
