I ate a protine bar 270
A pork sausage 150
And a huge bowl of cereal.-prob about 400
I'll do good all day and by the end of the day I'm super angry and starving and I want to eat everything and as soon as I eat I feel so much better but I go over my limit by about 500
Idk what is wrong with me?

That's only 820 calories, I'd be hungry too. How many calories are you eating for dinner? What's your calorie limit?
F.y.I. - "probably" doesn't work when counting calories. Weigh, log and plan ahead.0 -
I'm eating a HUGE bowl of salad + veggies every day that is helping me with that really full feeling that I miss. At some point I'll work on being okay with not being full, but for now it's a good way for me to not feel deprived even though I am eating way fewer calories than I used to.0

The reason your so hungry is because your starving yourself.
820 isn't enough to eat.
1320 is much better.
Are you losing weight on 1320 calories? Just not as fast as you like I guess.
Eat 1200 calories and see how hungry you are. Or eat what ever mfp says you should eat.
With out knowing your height and weight you could be meaning to eat 1600 for all I know.
Weightloss at the expense of your health and sanity isn't worth it and your just setting yourself up for failure.

Make sure you are eating enough calories...I saw your diary entry for today wasn't even 1000cals. Try to eat a balanced diet with plenty of vegetables and fruits...fibrous foods will fill you up. There's no reason for you to be starving if you stick to your 1600cal target.0

I'd be hungry too eating such low calories.. Anyone would0

The numbers from MFP are very generalized to best fit the thousands of people using their site. I found a way around the over estimated calorie burn by eating back some of my calories that I burned. Today, I saw my nutritionist and she is going to give me my own customized numbers for calories, carbs, fat, protein and sugar. She will work closely with my doc and see what happens. Maybe it will turn out about the same, who knows. I keep hearing I need more fat, because of my diabetes and fat helps control blood sugar levels. I also need a lot of protein. I would like to plug the docs numbers into MFP and see what happens.0

Your goal is 1600?
What is you weightloss goal set to?
1 pound? 2 pounds a week?
So you eat 820 instead to lose another 2 pounds a week?
It's a marathon not a sprint, slow it down, eat more, be healthier, happier and less angry in the afternoons. I'm sure everyone around you will appreciate it

@stephylove321 - are your 1,680 calories based on losing 2 pounds per week? With only 25 pounds to lose, that may be too aggressive, which will indeed make you hungry.
Also, since you used "about" and "probably" in your post, it sounds like your food logging needs to be tightened up.0 -

You need to accept that if you don't eat enough during the day, you will feel hungry and not be able to resist bingeing. You are fighting biology trying to do that.
Plan meals with protein and veggies. Spread your calories out during the day with 3 meals and a snack.
