Way to go mommy! Two boys. Both nursed to a year! My baby will be 3 this week. I so miss nursing. I could eat like a NFL quarterback and still melt!
I had to be careful with my oldest because spicy and acidic stuff bothered his tummy. I could've had Mexican daily with the baby and he would've been fine. I would have whatever the little miss tolerated well and a lot of it! Feeding another human takes calories. Just make sure you are getting a ton of water and a variety of foods. As long as she is OK with them.0
