when should I weigh

i workout first thing when I wake up, so should I weigh myself before or after working out?

    Consistency is all that really matters.

    Before or after should be fine just do it the same each time.

    In the morning, right after you wake up after you pee/poop and before you eat or drink anything. Food and water can throw off your weight by a couple of pounds, so it's better to weigh on an empty stomach. It's also best to weigh in your underwear, since clothes can also throw the weight off by a couple of pounds.

    I weigh less each night than I do in the morning so I would suggest that as well. My problem is that my metabolism speeds up the more I eat so I go under each day on the calorie counter, yet I gain weight. Anyone else have this?
