i workout first thing when I wake up, so should I weigh myself before or after working out?

Consistency is all that really matters.
Before or after should be fine just do it the same each time.0 -

In the morning, right after you wake up after you pee/poop and before you eat or drink anything. Food and water can throw off your weight by a couple of pounds, so it's better to weigh on an empty stomach. It's also best to weigh in your underwear, since clothes can also throw the weight off by a couple of pounds.0

I weigh less each night than I do in the morning so I would suggest that as well. My problem is that my metabolism speeds up the more I eat so I go under each day on the calorie counter, yet I gain weight. Anyone else have this?0
