Ok, So when I first started training weights(even with body weight) I would get DOMS. I still do get very light doms - hardly noticeable though. is this normal? I miss the satisfying soreness. I do the heaviest weight I can without sacrificing form and I have increased the amount I train?? Is my body just better at recovery? I do take creatine now, Could this be a factor?

Your body just adapts to strain. If you started a new job that required you to be on your feet the entire time, then your feet might be sore at first. The veterans, however, probably dont have that issue.0
