How fast can one healthily lose an inch?

Hey everybody -
I tried searching for a thread like this, but couldn't find one. I'm not sure if there's a specific answer for this question, either, so hopefully someone can help. At the moment, I'm trying not to look at the scale. My clothes are fitting better, but the scale hasn't moved - so instead of focusing on pounds, I'm focusing on inches. I know that with weight, there is usually a steady rate at which one loses; before I had surgery, I was losing a little over one pound a week, and had calculated how long it would take me to reach my goal.
I'm 5'2" tall, and right now, I'm doing about 90 minutes of cardio a week (30 minutes, 3x), as well as 50 squats, 50 sit-ups, and 50 pushups four days a week. Is there some kind of calculation that I can use to find how many INCHES from my stomach, arms, and/or thighs I'll lose each week or month by doing this routine? Or do I just have to track it myself and see if I can come up with a pattern?
Thanks in advance for any answers. Have a great day!
