I'm looking to do a bodyweight exercise circuit and I found a few plans online that I want to try. However, I'm not exactly sure how to perform some of them. This one, for example:
Implement this workout three times per week.
Rest only 30-45 seconds between sets.
Circuit One
Pushups 5 sets, 30 reps
Bench Dips 5 sets, 30 reps
Wall sit 5 sets, 45 sec
Russian Twist 5 sets, 30 reps
Circuit Two
[more exercises]
Circuit Three
[more exercises]
For the first circuit, am I supposed to do 30 pushups, 30 bench dips, 45s wall sit, 30 russian twists without resting between each exercise and after I'm done with the russian twists I rest for 30-45 seconds? Do I then repeat circuit one 5 times (once for each set)? Do I then move on to circuit two?
Sorry for the noob question but any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

It is confusing......one set of each exercise without rest in between, after one round rest, repeat ... 5 times.....that is a lot! Most circuit workouts do only three rounds.0

What I would do is do the four exercises without stopping for Circuit 1, then take the 30-45 second break. That is one set. Repeat 4 more times, then move on to Circuit 2 and do the same thing.0

Do the first set of the first exercise, rest,
first set second exercise, rest,
first set third exercise, rest
first set fourth exercise, rest
second set first exercise, rest
continue until completed0 -
Rest when you feel you absolutely need it but don't just sit down and rest for a minute. Keep your body moving.0
