I'm a Binge Eater

I've been keeping a blog of all of my recent accomplishments; these amazing ultra marathons that I've completed since beginning my weight loss journey. All positive stuff. Although, this past week I regressed to the old me and binge ate on a disgusting level. It got me thinking that I should record my struggles too. The dark side of me that I still can't run away from. This blog is mostly for me, but I think it's good to share both victories and failures with the MFP community

Firstly congrats on doing the run and thinking positively, the fact that you did admit you binge eat is a big thing- keep on track mate you can do it- think positively believe in your goals so what if you had a blip and returned to where you once were- you can still get back up and reach for your goals- youre strong you can do it- all the best to you and may your struggles decrease and disappear. Nobody can judge you only you know why you do this but recognising the issue is a brave thing youre inspiring maybe people with the same problem can overcome their issues reading your blog- Welldone0

Thank you
The binge eating is something a lot of us are familiar with I'm sure. It's funny how we're not so quick to call it a disorder. It most definitely is. A debilitating one. I'm glad to be able to share these things comfortably now.
