Hey peeps!

I am an old fitness pal user -I lost 2st in 3 months just sticking to the 1200 calorie plan and gymin it 3 days a week. Green tea with mint helped lol
Ok . Point. Reason im doing the community thing now is ive put on 1 1/2st back on

    Need motivation Help! Any tips to stay motivated for exercise- i have good diet control and tbh i dont diet just healthy eat.
