Out of protein

I've already filled in my diary for breakfast and what I'm cooking for dinner tonight and although I have 400 odd calories left for lunch my diary says I have reached my protein limit. I'm hungry now any ideas on what I can have that's not too high protein but will see me through to about 8pm (uk)

It's not a protein "limit." Eat more protein if you want.0

Protein recommendation should be looked at as a minimum.0

I consider the protein they give a min not a max. I'm happy to see red on my protein numbers at end of day0
