Slump Inventory

So I hit a bit of a slump.

I've been hovering around 2 lbs for the past two weeks and I'm trying to pinpoint why.

This is the point in most diets when I say *F* it and eat a pizza.

However, what I did was make 2 lists of the things I've done RIGHT.

I've been doing more right than wrong and I'd hate to sabotage myself.

The lists gave me a boost of confidence this morning and I'm staying the course.
