In hopes of NOT going over in calories on my daily allotment, I'm finding myself going over on the my goal for protein. Is this ok?

From everything I've read, the protein number that MFP gives is a minimum that you want to achieve - going over is not bad.0

It is fine- in fact, I subscribe to the idea that if you are going to go over on anything at all, it SHOULD be protein.0

I custom did my number and my protein is 30%, I think MFP sets it extremely low, I also don't track sugars in here.
You can always change your numbers under the settings0
