hello everyone, I need major help.

I used to be a dancer and I want to pick it back up, but just found out I have disks that are out of line in my lower back and neck.

I need to learn stretches, exercises, new eatting habbits, And learn how to build mussel. The type of dance I did and am trying to do again is called animation in the hop hop world. I found new dancers online and it has progress a lot since I've had children and stopped dancing. I need serious help, I'd their some one who know simple yoga fundamentals and is really helpful.

I would love a virtual trainer that will keep me motivated and on goal. Thanks

    Sorry, wish I could help. I had very similar back issues. My friend is a chiropractor and he really fixed me up. I had some stretching exercises that I did in the shower, plus doing lots of situps (with one of those roller bars for neck support) and pushups. Two years later I am pain free and in the best shape I've ever been in. If you can somehow strengthen your core and bear thru the pain, your back and neck will say Thank You!
