so I am diary free egg fee and peanut butter free for a while as I breastfeed due to an allergy my daughter had. Any suggestions on breakfast foods that are quick and easy that I can whip up?

Toast with earthbalance? It's a psuedo plant based butter. We use it cause husband is lactose intolerant. It's the best tasting of the fake butters. Can you have avocado toast? I love that. Mush an avocado on a piece a toast, hit it with some sea salt and lemon juice. How bout oatmeal cooked with water? Add some drief fruit to make it suck less?

Is it just peanuts or all nuts? I can't have almond milk cause too much of it hurts my tummy (and by too much I mean anything more than a tablespoon). However, cashew milk works for me. Maybe almond or cashew milk with cereal?

Not gonna lie. I formula fed both my kids since I had to go back to work in 8 weeks and just couldn't see dealing with pumping at work.

I'm a fan of quaker multigrain hot cereal. 1/4 cup dry plus 1/2 cup water will cook in the microwave in 3 minutes.

If I'm in a "sweet" mood, I'll add either a chopped up apple or some frozen blueberries before it goes int he micro OR if I'm in a "savory" mood I might put in some spinach, mushrooms, and diced tomato (reminds me of shrimp-n-grits withou the shrimp!).
