What's Your Favorite Apple Dessert?

So we've got a couple coming over for dinner tomorrow night. I've never met either of them. My husband struck up a friendship with the guy at the gym. They're both in the middle of losing significant weight and work out in the middle of the night. I'm also working on losing weight. I'm not sure about his wife. I'm trying to plan a calorie counting friendly dinner since at least 3 of the 4 of us are actively losing weight.
I'm doing tacos for dinner. I'll have grilled chicken and grilled shrimp for proteins with lots of traditional toppings. So it'll be easy for everyone to fix a plate that fits their calorie needs. The farmers market has apples and I'd like to have some kind of apple dessert that's not too calorie dense. Anybody have suggestions?

My favorite is pretty calorie dense, but this recipe from eatingwell.com is very good.

Apple crumble or apple cheesecake!0

I use this one... Apple Crisp for Two The calories aren't too bad. I sub Splenda for the brown sugar and it tastes just fine!0

Baked apples! http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/baked_apples_with_dried_fruits_walnuts.html
I like this recipe, but I leave out the spices since I'm not a fan and it's still tasty. I'm not sure if you consider this too calorie dense, but you could cut the filling or preserves in half.0 -
To answer the question in the title of your thread...Warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream on top.
Why do dessert at all if everyone is watching calories and losing weight?0 -
Apple pie> apple crisp> baked apples (calorie levels). Also could do sauteed apples. I dunno, I like raw apples =P0

French apple tart for me.
You can find lower calorie recipes for it though, like here http://www.emilybites.com/2012/10/apple-cinnamon-tart.html0 -
Well, this is only about 200 calories: http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/baked-apples/92144396-0d70-42d9-bb60-f99b9b108c66

My favorite would be a sugar-laden apple crisp or cobbler, but baked is a nice treat.0

I thought about it, but my inner southern hostess says I should have something to offer for dessert. If I knew the couple better, I'd probably leave dessert off, but since this is my first time meeting them I feel the need to "be on my best behavior" as it were.
I realize that's probably a bit neurotic.0
