Ibs and fodmap diet

I am an ibs sufferer and follow the fodmap diet.
I have seen loads of people discussing having ibs and the fodmap diet.
I have noticed loads of people talk about what their triggers are but forget to mention there is a list of triggers for ibs.
It's all trial and error and then you will get some relief.
Fodmap started in Australia, and Kings college in London have done some excellent research in the UK.
I'm happy to discuss the fodmap diet with anyone and hopefully give some pointers.
