Not really new to MVP, but am finally taking my health and fitness seriously. I had twins two years ago and ballooned up. After yo-yo dieting since then, I've finally found a routine that has worked for me. No secret, just daily exercise and eating a calorie deficit. I do incorporate some supplements too.
