hi. I'm under my calorie goal for today so far, plan to meet it tho. But I'm over certain things like cholesterol today because I ate a hard boiled egg. Does stuff like that impact weight loss or is it okay as long as I'm meeting my calorie goals and eating nutrient rich foods low in fat and sugar?

It will not impact your weight loss.0

If you have health reasons to be wary of cholesterol, sodium, etc. : then eat accordingly. Otherwise its up to you which details you choose to track.0

The cholesterol in your food does not translate to cholesterol in your blood. I'd change monitoring that for a different micro.0

Weight loss is all about calories in and calories out. Cholesterol doesn't affect weight loss and you should use micro numbers as a tool when you have a specific health concern for example, mine is sodium so I'm always monitoring how much I have and try to stay under.0
