I have been working out at home in my living room with my dumbbells for years. This is not impossible to find motivation to do that a few times a week. I also worked out at different gyms. However, i find it easier and comfier to do it at home(it also doesnt cost anything once you invest in some weights). You dont have to wait for machines to empty either.
It can be hard sometimes. Because there is nobody to motivate you around.
As for nutrition, it is hard to keep your diet as you want when there are people around you who eat anything they feel like. They never understand it when you order salad in a fastfood restaurand
I can be naughty once or twice a week though.
Anyway... This is a lifestyle as you already know.
I just wanted to introduce myself
Peace!
