Hi, new to forum so thanks for listening. Am in process of weight gain program which basically consists of all high kj food, good and bad. My previous daily intake average 5 to 6k Kj now averaging 12k per day easily.. Is this ok to do (includes drinking Extreme Body Mass). I am 45yo F . 42 kilo with a goal for 52 fast, 163 cm tall (if that matters)!!! Would appreciate any feedback

12 K Kj is about 2800 Kcalories (or calories, since apparently in the US the K gets dropped).
OP, that seems like a pretty high surplus. Is there a reason you doing this rather than a slow and steady aproach?
The risk is that just like crash dieting, you don't learn a sustainable eating pattern and at the end might end up losing all your gained weight if you revert to your original eating pattern...0 -
Have you calculated your TDEE? Try one of the online calculators - this will tell you where your maintenance calorie intake should be. Then in order to gain weight, you need to eat in excess of this. A recommended surplus for steady weight gain would be around 250kcal per day.0
