    It's just changing your foods, I started off on 1800 kals which is a lot and 4.5 stone lighter I'm on 1500 cals so not exactly a low cal

    Yep, my last stone took 3 months .
    But I never put weight on. I lost more inches. I got used to not losing weight. Don't let the scales dictate your mood. After I lost the stone I lost 5 pounds the next month and just this month I lost 3 pounds, so I'm really still losing even today, my total amount is 5 stone in 14 months

    How much time working out?
    I do 3 times but know I was doing 4 times a week. Up your protein.

    Today I did 2 chin ups. I know of a lady who can do 10 and she's 50. Guess what, I'll do 11 by Xmas

    So today I've eaten
    Banana coffee off to the gym
    2 brown toast which I rarely eat but had to grab and go
    Dinner 2 chicken breast ( small 220 grams ) salad
    Dinner
    200 grams salmon, flavoured rice,
    Spicy soup home made ( veg)
    Apple
    Snacked on carrots
