On the diary when you enter how many cups of water, what is considered a cup? A measuring cup? An 8 oz cup? Thx for your help and good luck!

A cup of water is 8 fluid ounces.

Awesome thanks! Also I for 98% of the time I only drink water but if I do want coffee or tea do I just put it under the food or is there another spot?

For American standards, a cup is 8 fluid ounces, but you can record it however you like.

Yes, log your other drinks under food so the calories are counted...especially if you add things to your coffee/tea that can add up!
