I keep losing weight.

I have lost 126 pounds and I am a year out. I keep losing weight and I think I have lost too much.

    If you're continuing to lose weight, increase your calorie intake.

    I did the same thing; lost to my goal and kept going. Used MFP to estimate my maint cals and macros; I now eat slightly below that recommendation (abt 20 cals a day) and have been maintaining for abt six weeks or so. They may have to be re-adjusted (time will tell). Use MFP to find out what your maint cals should be and start slowly adding calories. You may have to re-adjust the macros (you can do that by selecting the edit button). Good luck!
