Hi 
I joined back in 2011 but sank back into invisibility very quickly. I am now back again, finally with the right mindset to start making some positive, healthy changes. I have a partner by my side along the journey with me. My overall goal is a big one (30 kg / 66 lb) but I will take it step by step So pleased to be back.
