Greetings all you clever folk. I was so sure I could lose weight without the help of any app, but after 4 months if trying and losing 4 pounds all together, I listened again when it was suggested, so hereci am. I am a wheelchair user and an amputee, needing to lose 87 pounds and in doing so, reprogram my lifestyle to keep it off. I need all the help I can get.
