    Same thing here.....lost great the first week....then I gained a few pounds over the next 2 weeks...95% of the time I am under my calorie goal. I work out 7 days a week ( wearing a heart monitor....for more accurate calories burned). After two weeks I finally started losing again. It takes a couple weeks for everything to even out. Make sure you are weighing all your food and really tighten up your logging. Success will come!

    This, and patience, lots of it. I've gone weeks without the scale budging.

    Thanks for all your replies. It's good to know that it's not just me. Yes, I'll re align my expectations, but I have kept doing what I'm doing and not given up for a second as I feel so good.
