    think the only option is a shopping trip.

    You may find that both cup size and bra size have changed so worth being remeasured. Also don't forget that sometimes you can interchange different cup/band sizes - so for example I measure 34D but am more comfortable (depending on the bra manufacturer) in a 36C (ie. you can go up a band size and down a cup size).
