Single toast fried egg sammie only 130 cals and 6 grams fat

Here's the trick to this one ..... first the bread .... I take one piece of whole wheat bread and toast it in my toaster ..... then I slice that toast into 2 thin slices of bread ..... not in half but as if I had 2 whole slices of bread ..... then I have the NuWav Induction Cooktop .... so I fried my egg with nothing but the pan and the egg ... first time doing that and was AMAZED that it did not stick at all !!!! Then of course a dash of sriracha sauce to complete .... slice in half and enjoy :flowerforyou: as a side note after adding the sriracha to MFP the cal count went to 145 cals but no change in fat .....
