recuparating from thyroid cancer

After dealing with a thyroid cancer and gaining 10 lbs, I'm trying to get back on track with my weight lost, but it's so hard. :( I don't really have all the energy yet to exercise and the motivation. Do you have some tricks to help?

    Start with your food first. Start counting your calories, and weigh everything. If energy is a problem, start with something easy, like walking, and just do what you can. Your body has gone through a lot, so don't push yourself too hard too fast.
