Feeling pretty good right now

I just started with my weight loss plan about 5 days ago, and only started using MyFitnessPal 3 days ago. However, I am having my first victory today. Eating about half of what I normally would eat, I no longer feel like I'm starving. I actually feel pretty good today.

    weigh your food, log it
    read the stickies
    realize weight loss is not linear and you will have ups and downs and stalls.

    i started this about 7 months ago and i also cut my daily intake in more than half. i was suprised at how easy it was and that with some adjustments in diet i could lose alot of weight without really having to suffer from it. today ive lost 90 ibs that i know of.... dident weigh myself the first 6 weeks or so and its really easy tbh.

    i hope you find it as effortless as i have :)

    Thanks for the support, everyone. Last night I actually ate a little bit bigger of a dinner than I've been having since I started this, and I felt absolutely stuffed. It was only a little more than half of what I would have eaten a couple weeks ago. Feels pretty good.
