Does MFP automatically adjust your daily caloric goal as you lose weight or is it up to the user to change that as needed? I'm asking because I've lost 7 lbs and my daily caloric goal was 1710 (it's been that way since I was 224 lbs about a month ago), and there was no change. Today I used a couple of online calculators and they estimate that I should now be eating 1550-1600 based on my current weight of 217 in order to lose weight. I also put 'sedentary' in all of these online calculators, and also when I joined MFP.
Any advice?

No, you have to do it. You might be prompted every 10 lbs but it's still down to you.
