abs

Can someone give me some really good tips on food consumption.. cuz obviously what im doing is not working. I work out every other day.. Im not over weight just trying to stay fit and healthy. looking to maybe gain a six pack. Lets just say me and my hubby motivate each other... he was over weight and has since lost about 70lbs but looking for new easy ways to cook for us. Everything seems to be working for him. but I flutuate from 136 to 131 never get under or over but why cant I see a difference. Its been about 90 days since I started. Does anyone go by a food schedule or anything?? Any suggestions would be great!!!
