If it's iron deficient anemia, go for red meat and dark, leafy greens. For meat, cook it as rare as you can stand to have. An iron supplement would also be a good idea. Ask your doctor what your target should be for the day and you can adjust accordingly.0

Check some cereal boxes for iron content, I have found that some have a surprisingly high amount in them. Drink a glass of OJ with your cereal at breakfast and that would be an awesome start! Others have also mentioned great ideas, I find cereal to be the easiest personally.0
