I have had the app on my phone for years. I used to be really into it, but then just stopped. I gained about 30 lbs in the past couple years. I'm no longer happy with my weight. I need to start getting back into eating better and working out. I'm not a huge breakfast person but I know its so important for. If anyone has great fast simple ideas, I would love to hear them.
