Hi folks! I'm committed to live life to the fullest and ones major thing I must do is release quite a few pounds so that I can fully step into the life I was built for completely and fully. Tossing aside the boundaries and Wales I have built. I am here to be honest with myself and release even more than just the pounds... I'm here to fully break the chains of excuses and hiding. I'm here to set myself free. <3
