Sleeeeep issues

K guys just looking for suggestions or tips w sleeping. I am a nurse and work a day night rotation which has me do about 2.5 weeks of nights followed by the same number of days. My issue isn't so much sleeping during the night shift half but switching my sleeping back to normal for days. For example I just had a four day stretch off, and not once fell asleep before 4am. That's with melatonin, avoiding naps, bed early, recently trying nature sounds while I sleep...I feel like I'm losing my mind! If anyone has experience with something similar or new ideas it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!!

    There's a tea called Get Some Zzzzz. I haven't used it but some friends of mine swear by it.
    Also drink as little caffeine as possible. I can't drink it after 12 noon if I want to sleep well that night. And only 1 cup.
