Hey!! I'm 5 foot 6 1/2 ish. I have 4 stone to lose. I am eating 1200-1250 calories a day. Burning 300-400 cals in the gym 6-7 days a week. Is this enough to lose 2lb a week?

Losing 2lbs/week means having a deficit of 1000 calories a day. Work out your TDEE (use Google to find a TDEE calculator, try a few different ones as they use different formulas that give slightly different results) and take away 1000 from that - that's how many calories you'd need to eat a day to lose weight. We can't work it out for you without knowing your current weight.
Also, being a male, you should be eating a minimum of 1500 a day, not 1200.0 -
Whoa that's not a very big net at all. Netting 800 cals per day is very very little0

You shouldn't go for 2 pounds a week with only 50-something to lose anyway.0

Since you're shorter, you might not be able to sustain a 2lb per week loss. It'd be difficult to maintain a 1000 cal deficit every day but still get your minimum 1500 calories.0
