Does anybody take flaxseed

I add a couple tablespoons of flaxseed to my morning smoothie or pancakes or oatmeal. I just use ground flaxseed meal.
I made a lentil "meat" loaf using flaxseed and water as a binder. The lentils and the flaxseed combined make me so unbelievably full. I have yet to be able to finish a whole serving of that loaf.0 -
I do flax seeds, chia seeds, and hemp seeds in the morning.0

I ground a bag and store it in the freezer. I put a tablespoon on my oatmeal daily. It has 37 calories. I take it as a nutritional supplement or to lower my blood pressure. Its hard to keep up with it all, and flax seed isn't going to hurt me so why not?0
