i would assume so but I also assume it's just water weight. Is there was way to know if it's fat or h2o? Prob not :/

No way to know for sure unless that loss exceeds your known deficit.

This is prob a dumb question. But how do I calculate that

Not sure if this would be relevant either but I just started this months period and I'm bloated too. That prob plays into the equation

Since you really cannot know, it's best to not sweat it. Scales jump up and down all the time, for various reasons. A period will just turn everything to hell, lol.

Don't worry if it goes up or doesn't budge. Just watch the new lows and enjoy them as they come. :)

You've probably gained a bunch of water weight due to your TOM, so any loss you may have in body fat will be masked by the water retention. You'll get a better read of it next week.

Just keep on keeping on and don't get hung up on the scales. It will come off with consistancy :-)
