Hi I'm 31 years old and living in NYC. I work from home as a writer. I'm pretty active, running about 10 miles a week, but my eating habits are really bad. So much of the social scene in NYC revolves around eating and drinking. I find myself pulling away from my friends whenever I try to lose weight because it's too hard to be around all that eating and drinking. I'd like to be more balanced and be able to socialize without half my brain freaking out about the calories I'm consuming or not able to consume.
