I hurt my back last week and I was wondering what exercises would be safe to do. It is almost heal so I do not want to make things worst. I was thinking exercising bike and maybe treadmill ? :)

That's a question for your doctor, since it depends on the type of back injury, the extent of the injury, and other factors. Advice from the internet could make it worse. Sorry i can't be of more help. How did you hurt your back?

I carried 3 very large Kroger waters(32, singles), one at a time from the car to into the house then all the way back to my room where it is cool from the air conditioner. I thought it was ok yesterday but it is bothering me today or was. I think I will try to see what I can do at the Gym. NO weights for me!

Wait for it to heal an get clearnace from Dr, taking risks is silly. Your physio might give you exercises designed at strenthening your back, but it will be specific to whatever your injury was. The exercise you talk about looks like cardio and it would seem sensible to do exercise that pits min strain on your back, so walking, recumbent bike, swimming are likely to be in there. Id be more interested in physio though.
