Positive Thinking

One month ago, I decided to test out the idea and changed my work password to "ZeroExtraCalories".

At the time, I'd found myself "nibbling" a bit. One piece of candy here, a bite of cake there. I logged these mini-treats but knew I needed to stop that behavior in its tracks!

In the last month, I have consumed Zero, yes ZERO extra calories at work. Not one mint, piece of candy, bite of cake, catering leftovers--Nothing!

This stuff works, people. If you're not there, get on board. It's a great ride!
