I am just starting to work out. I have been running/walking and plan to lift weight as well. I carry the majority of my weight in my mid section and have a large waistline (almost 40 inches):( and and alot lof stretchmarks. I am concerned that I will never the stomache that I want. I can live with the stretch marks but I am hoping to have a somewhat tone and non flabby belly. Does anyone have any advice/input/experience with this matter? Thanks.

Caloric deficit.
There isn't a special exercise that removes the fat from a particular part of the body. Eat at a caloric deficit (exercise helps the deficit) and lower your BF%.0
