Allergic Reaction woke me up!

Hi, My name is Vicky. About 2 weeks ago I was on my way to work, and had a allergic reaction. Within minutes my throat started to close. I have had reactions before, but have had my allergies under control for years. I was admitted into the hospital and was told I could have died, if I had not called 911 when I did. While I was there I was also weighed. How did I end up weighing 320 pounds! The doctor told me flat out that I was killing myself, with the chemicals in boxed foods. I have lost 9 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I need friends to help keep me on this path of healthy living.
