Looking for motivation buddies and advice

I'm just getting back into the swing of using my app again. I have lost about 33 pounds so far on my journey and I'm currently stuck in a rut. I need to find some friends that will keep me motivated and new ideas for workouts. I have a trouble area which is my lower stomach. I was wondering if anyone can help me with ideas for lower stomach workouts. Thanks in advance and good luck to all in their journey.
